There are two steps to completing the sponsorship.

1. Either complete the online sponsorship form below or download the sponsorship form to mail in.

2. Make your payment by clicking the Sponsorship PayPal Button Below or Mail a check to LFRC 819 Ash Street, Spooner, WI 54801

Coupons or items from your business to be included in each adult or kid swag bag (200 adult/100 kid). These items can be anything that promotes your business. Please fill out the form below if you are interested donating items to the swag bags!
