With social distancing it is hard to stay connected with people. While we cannot be together in person, Lakeland has planned some fun for you to enjoy with your family! Beginning on Thursday, September 24th at 10 am through Sunday, September 27th at 7 pm, explore the Spooner City Park Trail in search of all things Transportation! Take pictures and share with us what you find on social media using the hashtag #lfrcFamNight.

The University of Wisconsin Division of Extension will also have a Story Walk out on the trail for you to enjoy as a family!

Lakeland Family Resource Center and Matt's Ice Cream Stand have partnered to provide a fun, socially distant family activity!
Here's how it works:
Use your favorite tracking app. ride "the 9 mile loop" around Shell Lake--see the map in "Discussion". Bring your bike and a screen shot of your tracked bike route to Matt's Ice Cream Stand and redeem your FREE CONE! Don't forget to snap a photo and share with us on social media!
Matt's current hours are: 1-8:30 pm seven days a week, depending on the weather.
